Animalistic

Toen ik mijn eerste stap buiten zette, bevroor ik meteen (hoi 2 graden onder nul). Ja, ik weet dat er weerberichten zijn en alles, maar helaas denk ik daar om zeven uur 's ochtend niet aan. Anyway, wat vind je van van mijn outfit? Nu schijnt de zon weer en ik heb een coffeedate met vriendinnen. Have a lovely Friday! ♡

I found myself walking outdoors and I was immediately frozen (hello two degrees below zero). Yeah, I know about weather forecasts and everything, but unfortunately there are some other things on my mind at seven in the morning. Anyway, what do you think of my outfit? Now the sun has turned up again and I have a coffeedate with friends. Have a lovely Friday! ♡

When did the clouds begin to fall?

Deze blouse vindt langzaam zijn weg van mam's kledingkast, naar de mijne. Voor mij is dat helemáál geen probleem. Oh ik hou van knee high socks. Ik kocht ze twee jaar geleden voor de eerste keer. Iedereen was zo van: gosh, wat is dat? And nu heeft iedereen ze aan... Maar ik vind ze nog steeds super om mijn outfit een beetje warmer te maken. De herfst heeft Nederland nu echt bereikt.

That blouse is slowly making its way from my mum's wardrobe to mine. According to me that's not a problem at all. Oh I like knee high socks. I bought them for the first time two years ago. Everybody was like: gosh, what's that? And now everybody's wearing them... But I still think they're great warm an outfit a bit up. Autumn has really reached the Netherlands now.

Recipe & Outfit

How are you?
Really the weather in Holland is so awful. It's raining raining raining... But I also so a little bit of sunshine, so maybe there will be a rainbow :3 
Anyway, some of you asked the recipe for the gingerbrownies I made a few days ago. So I'll give you it. Together with a few action-photos, hahaha. But don't tell everybody the recipe, it must keep a bit secret (:
But at first I would like to show a few pictures of my outfit today...
It's kinda casual, but as I said the weather isn't that great. And I really like my knee high socks <3

So, the recipe...


You need:

• 125 gr butter
• 200 gr dark chocolate
• 200 gr christal-sugar
• 4 eggs, slightly whipped
• 2 tablespoons vanilla-extract (or vanilla-sugar)
• 50 gr ginger preserved by sugar, in syrup, in small pieces
• 1 tablespoon of syrup extra

What you should do to make these delicious brownies:

1. Preheat the over in 180 °C,
2. Melt the chocolate together with the butter, keep stirring it so it doesn't burn,
3. Take the saucepan from the gas and stir the sugar through the mix,
4. Whip the eggs, vanilla-extract and ginger-syrup trough the melted chocolate,
5. Spoon the pieces of ginger and the flower through the total mix
6. Put the batter in the greased pastry mould,
7. Bake the brownies for  30 to 35 minutes

Tip: If you want to have your brownies very sticky, you could bake them as short as possible. But never too short, or they will collapse...

Comment ça va?
Sometimes one of our teachers is ill and then we are allowed to do whatever we do. And with this lovely weather it isn't that bad (: So I spent the hour outside with three of my friends. The sun was shining on our heads, I heard some birds singing... I felt so happy!

 And I kinda really liked that it was possible to wear shorts again. I wore them with knitted knee high socks. I love those a lot. They give your outfit this touch you know...

I also got something else I felt very cool about. It's this little fake-tattoo, just a bit under my wrist. It's a petite flower. I think it's pretty. And since I'm a bit too afraid to get a real one, I think I would rather have this (:
