Rays of sunshine

Iedere keer dat ik deze jas aantrek, voel ik me meteen helemaal vrolijk. Vind je de kleur niet gewoon fantastisch? Ik vind het echt de perfecte kleur voor deze donkere, grijze winterdagen. Ik heb deze jas dit weekend gekocht. En dat ging nog niet zo makkelijk. Samen met mam was ik in de stad en het was ongelooflijk rustig. Na een uurtje kwamen we erachter waarom: hevige sneeuwval. Dus we kwamen in een soort sneeuwstorm terecht :P Maar de jas is het zeker waard, vind je niet?

Everytime I put on this coat, I feel instant happiness. Don't you just love the colour? I think it's perfect for the greyish, dark winterdays. I bought the coat this weekend. And this wasn't a easy thing. I was in town with my mum and it was incredibly quiet. After an hour we discovered why: heavy snowfall. So we kinda ended up in a snowstorm :P But the coat was defenitely worth it, don't you think?

Velvety

Het is alweer de tweede winter in Nederland. De temperatuur is weer onder nul en alles is bedekt met een dun laagje sneeuw. Ik vind het super. Ik vind het ook erg fijn dat het vrijdag is. Dat betekent dat ik over een paar uurtjes op word gehaald om naar het Nieuwjaars Gala van school te gaan. Ik heb er heel erg veel zin in en ik ga me nu klaarmaken!

This is already the second winter in the Netherlands. The temperature has dropped below zero again and everything is covered in a thin layer of snow. I love it. I also think it's a very good thing it's weekend. I've got an awful lot of work to do, but it's finally Friday. And that means that in a few hours I'll be picked up for the New Year's Gala of school. I'm looking forward to it and I'm gonna dress up now!

Minicruise & high heels

Ik houd jullie niet langer in spanning over mijn verjaardag! Het eerste wat ik kreeg was een brief. En niet zomaar een brief. Hierin stond dat ik... samen met mam een weekend naar New Castle ga! Waaaaaaa! Zo vet. Het is een 'minicruise' en we gaan lekker dineren op de boot. Ik ga 22 december weg. Ik kan bijna niet wachten! Te veel uitroeptekens in een post. Maar er komt er nog een :P Want ik kreeg ook nog een ontzettend gaaf paar hakken! Ik ben zo blij. Oh, en mijn broertje had een mega zak drop voor me gekocht :)

I won't keep you in tension any longer about my birhday. The first thing I got was a letter. And not just a normal letter. But with the message that I... will spend a weekend in New Castle with my mum! Waaaaa! So awesome. It's a 'minicruise' and we're going to have dinner at the boat. I'll leave the 22th of december. I almost cannot wait! Too many exclamation marks in one post. But there's coming one more :P 'Cause I also got a gorgous pair of heels! I'm so happy. Oh, and my brother bought a huge packet of licorice for me :)

Those earring were a bday-present as well, so cute with the small roses.
