Herfstbrood!

Is stokbrood je iets te saai, maar vind je een broodje bij je soep wel lekker? Probeer dan eens dit recept. Simpel om te maken en ontzettend lekker. Ook lekker als lunch trouwens! Ik vind dit echt typisch herfstbrood. Brood dat je maakt als je niet lang in de keuken wil staan, maar wel zin hebt in lekker eten. Na een herfstwandeling, een middagje schaatsen (helaas nog niet op natuurijs!) of natuurlijk gewoon omdat je er zin in hebt (:

Zo maak je dit: Ik maakte drie langwerpige broodjes, maar je kan natuurlijk ook vier rondje broodjes maken, of twee grote. In ieder geval heb je het volgende nodig: een pak broodmix, drie tomaten, negen à tien gedroogde tomaatjes, twee eetlepels olie uit het potje gedroogde tomaatjes, twee handjes oude kaas en twee handjes fijngesneden blauwe kaas. Soms zitten er ook wel eens wat kappertjes bij de gedroogde tomaatjes, deze kunnen natuurlijk ook op het pizzabrood.

Je maakt het deeg precies zoals op het pak broodmix staat, maar in plaats van boter gebruik je de olie. Wanneer het deeg gerezen is, verdeel je het in drie delen en druk je ze plat op de met bakpapier bedekte bakplaat. Beleg het deeg en laat de broodjes nog een halfuur rijzen. Bak de broodjes dan op de temperatuur die op het pak broodmix staat. En dan... ooooh dat moment dat de oven opengaat! Yummy!

Variaties: Natuurlijk zijn er nog veel variaties te bedenken. Olijven, kappertjes, gorgonzola, ham en ananas. Alles is mogelijk!

Holidaaaaaaaaaaaaaaays! Yay, I'm so happy. One week, totally free of school. So my friends and I decided to give it a great kick of by going to a huge fair. The fair was awesome, lots of nice attractions and it smelled so sweet. And 'cause we couldn't resesit the little stall with huge colourful candy floss, we ended up having sticky fingers (:

Ohh, and yeah, my hair was all wet and wouldn't go in it's place anymore, ike you see in the picture above. Thanks to the some fairground attraction were small fountains made us totally wet. 

And as you can see, even the sun broke trough. So our holidays couldn't start better at all. And after having a lot of fun, we went to an adorable pizzaria in the centre, Black Beauty. We ate there a couple of times, and it never get boring. There's only one man running the tiny restaurant and he bakes delicious pizzas. It was hard to decide which pizza to get, but I decided to have one with salmon. Great choice.

Today the weather is so horrible, only rain... Maybe I could bake cake or something. Anybody a great idea and recipe?

Stripes & Orange

Dear friends,

There's nothing better then making you own pizza. Lats friday night I did this with three friends. And it became a little bit weird pizza because the boys wanted shoarma on it, and us girls didn't want is. But it was delicious. And afterwards we ate icecream (with caramel mmm!) until we felt rather sick (:

And now it's such great weather again. But I have to do lots of homework, which I'm kinda postponing at the moment. So first I polished my nails in a bright orange colour.

I'm in love with my new striped pants. ♥

Now I really would love to bake cupcakes. But I have to do my homework. And I still should buy a present for my friend, because tonight is already her birthdayparty. Which I'm looking forward to a lot. 

You know what I saw somewhere on the internet this morning? A cupcake machine. It's in Beverly Hills, next to the bakery Sprinkles. I'm very curious about what the cupcakes look like and how they taste.
