Brownie cupcakes with a sweet cappuccino-icing

Dear friends,

This weekend I was kinda lazy and only wanted to decorate my cupcakes.
So I bought a brownie-mix, which you only have to mix with some water.
I baked them 30 minutes in stead of 40 minutes, so they were supersticky (:

Now I'm gonna tell you something about icings.
It's very simple to make.
You only have to add icing sugar to the water until it's a thick mass.
The difference with frostings is that forstings keep soft, icings will get crispy after a few hours.

This incing is made with:

• Water
• Icing Sugar
• Instant cappuccino-powder

I finished wit a touch of cacoa and icing sugar!

Dear friends,


A frosting is the simplest option for making a cupcake look so supersweet.
The only things you really need are butter and sugar.
You will get the smoothest mix with icing sugar.
But it's also possible with crystal sugar.
Then you should spend some more time mixing it until everyting is blended well.
The frosting you can see in the picture is made from:

• Butter
• Icing sugar
• Cinnamon

I mixed all the ingredients in a bowl and put the cream in a pastry bag.
The finishing touch was a touch of cinnamon.
I love the result, it looks so princess-like!

Cappuccino-frosting

Dear friends,

I love cappuccino, and I love cupcakes.
So I thought to myself; "Why shouldn't I mix these two things?"
For the cake itself you could use anything: normal cake or some other cake-mix.
The frosting is very easy and really delicious.

Ingredients:

• Butter
• Instant cappuccino powder
• Suger

Mix these things and create a smooth cream.
You can add the suger and powder as much as you like.

It's delicious to serve it with a cup of coffee!

We love them all; cupcakes.
Wipedia says the following things about cupcakes:
"A cupcake (also fairy cake; patty cake or cup cake) is a small cake designed to serve one person, frequently baked in a small, thin paper or aluminum cup. As with larger cakes, frosting and other cake decorations, such as sprinkles, are common on cupcakes."

 And this is the best (and most fun!) part of baking cupcakes. A normal cupcake can be transformed in a cute princesscake or a christmascupcake. And this blog is going to be your inspiration!
